This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for TextToSpeechSkills plans, credits, workspace seats, and other paid features.
If something went wrong with billing or the product did not work as expected, contact us at support@texttospeechskills.com and include the account email, invoice number if available, and a short explanation.
Subscriptions
You can request a refund for a first subscription charge within 14 days of purchase when the account has not used a substantial portion of the included credits.
Renewals are generally not refunded after a billing period begins, but we will review accidental renewals, duplicate charges, and cases where the service was unavailable or materially failed to work.
Test plan and credit packs
The paid Test plan is intended for a small evaluation. If you cannot complete a reasonable evaluation because of a service issue, contact us within 14 days and we will review the request.
Purchased credit packs are refundable when unused. Credits already spent on completed speech jobs are not refundable except where required by law or where a confirmed service error caused the charge.
Workspaces
Workspace seat charges may be refunded or credited when they were added by mistake and the request is made promptly. Removing a user stops future seat billing but does not automatically refund prior billing periods.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle or the applicable payment provider. Processing times depend on the provider and your bank.
We may refuse refunds for abuse, policy violations, excessive completed usage, or requests made outside the stated window, unless a refund is required by law.
