We collect account information such as name, email address, authentication provider details, selected plan, workspace membership, and support messages.
We collect product usage data needed to operate the service, including submitted text, expression tags, voice template settings, job status, generated audio metadata, API usage, MCP activity, logs, and security events.
When you pay for TextToSpeechSkills, payment details are handled by Paddle or another authorized billing provider. We receive billing records such as plan, invoice status, tax status, and customer identifiers, but we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to provide speech generation, manage accounts, process billing, secure the service, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and communicate important product or billing updates.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve documentation, pricing, and workflows.
Processors and sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate TextToSpeechSkills, such as hosting, storage, authentication, billing, email, analytics, logging, and speech generation providers.

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information by contacting us. Some records may need to be retained for billing, legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons.
You can cancel paid plans through the billing flow or by contacting support. You can also rotate API keys and remove workspace users from your account.
International use
TextToSpeechSkills may be used from different countries, and service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. We take steps intended to protect information according to this policy.
